FBR Digital Invoicing, integrated with PRAL

Your invoices, filed with FBR.
Automatically.

Every sales-tax-registered business in Pakistan must now transmit its invoices electronically to FBR. NoExcel creates the invoice, sends it to PRAL, and prints the returned IRN and QR code on your slip, then keeps the accounting, purchases, point of sale and inventory behind it in the same place.
No spreadsheets. No second portal to re-type into.

Under S.R.O. 709(I)/2025, registered persons must transmit their sales invoices to FBR electronically.

How it works

Three steps from sale to compliant invoice

You raise the invoice the way you always have. NoExcel handles the compliance part in the background.
1
Raise the invoice
Pick the customer and the products. Tax rate, HS Code and unit of measure already sit on each product, so the invoice comes out right the first time.
2
NoExcel transmits it
The invoice is formatted to the schema FBR expects and sent to PRAL using your own company credentials. Nothing is re-typed into a second portal.
3
FBR stamps it back
FBR validates the invoice and returns an Invoice Reference Number. NoExcel prints it, with the QR code, on the PDF slip you hand to your customer.

The slip your customer gets is the proof you filed

Every invoice NoExcel transmits comes back with an Invoice Reference Number and a verification QR code, and both are printed on the PDF. Your customer, your accountant and an auditor all end up looking at the same document.

  • IRN and QR code on every accepted invoice
  • Your own logo, header and terms on the slip
  • Your invoice numbering, controlled by your settings

Who it's for

Built for how Pakistani businesses actually sell

One product, configured for what you do — not a generic ERP you have to bend to fit.
Retail and shops
Ring up sales on a POS till, track stock across more than one branch, and file every sale with FBR as you go.
Wholesale and distribution
Purchase orders through to supplier bills, aging reports on both sides of the ledger, and stock valued the way your accountant expects.
Services businesses in Punjab
PRA invoicing runs alongside FBR as its own integration, for businesses taxed under Punjab's sales tax on services.
Importers and traders
HS Codes and units of measure held on the product once, so every invoice and every FBR submission uses the same reference data.
Why NoExcel

The name is the promise

Spreadsheets got you this far. They will not get you through an FBR audit.
Invoicing in Excel
  • Invoice numbers duplicated or skipped across three different files
  • Tax worked out by hand, differently by whoever touches it
  • FBR filing done separately, by re-typing the same invoice again
  • No record of who changed a figure, or when
  • The file lives on one laptop
Invoicing in NoExcel
  • One sequence, controlled by your invoice numbering settings
  • Tax rate, HS Code and unit of measure taken from the product every time
  • Filed with FBR as part of issuing the invoice, not after it
  • Every change recorded against the user who made it
  • Your whole team on the same data, from anywhere

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

NoExcel is designed for Pakistani business needs, with built-in FBR/PRAL compliance, modular growth, and a user-friendly interface that eliminates spreadsheet chaos.

Yes. NoExcel uses role-based access, encryption, and audit logging to keep your business data safe and compliant.

Most businesses are up and running in a few days, with guided onboarding and data import tools.

Yes. Every plan starts with the modules in your tier, and moving to a higher plan switches on accounting, purchases, multi-location inventory and point of sale immediately — your data does not move. HR and payroll are the two modules still in development; see the roadmap above.

Yes, our support team is available via email and phone to help you at every step.

No. NoExcel transmits your sales invoices to FBR through PRAL as part of issuing them, using your own company credentials. There is nothing to re-type into another portal.

Start with invoicing, customers and products — the parts that replace your spreadsheets on day one. Turn on accounting, purchases, multi-location inventory and point of sale as you need them; each is already part of your plan from Growth upward, so there is no migration project, just switching a module on.
